Israeli occupation forces advanced into villages in Syria’s southern Quneitra countryside on Saturday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported
According to SOHR, an Israeli patrol of five military vehicles entered Al-Rafid village in Al-Qunaitrah countryside, while another patrol of four military vehicles advanced into Al-Radif town in southern Qunaitra countryside.
The vehicles roamed the area for some time before withdrawing back beyond the border strip.
This field escalation comes amid the continued, systematic Israeli violations deep inside Syrian territory, in light of international silence regarding these repeated breaches that undermine the security and stability of border areas.
