Israeli Occupation Forces Demolish Four Homes Near Jenin

Israeli occupation forces demolished four homes in the town of Barta’a, northwest of Jenin, on Tuesday morning.

The Barta’a municipality said  that Israeli bulldozers stormed the town and began demolishing four homes belonging to Omar Abdul Aziz Qabha, Jamal Abdul Aziz Qabha, and Amjad Abdul Aziz Qabha, claiming they were located in Area C.

The residents were forcibly evicted.

The municipality added that the demolitions are part of a series of punitive measures carried out by the occupation forces against the town and its residents. It stressed the need for human rights and humanitarian organizations to intervene to stop the ongoing violations against the town’s residents and their property.

Meanwhile, the occupation  forces raided several towns in the Jenin area at dawn today.

Local sources said that Israeli forces stormed the town of Anin, west of Jenin, raiding and searching homes. The Israeli army also raided the town of Rummanah and searched several homes there.

The sources added that the occupation forces raided homes in the villages of Taybeh and Zububa, south of Jenin. No detentions were reported.
