The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported that more than 12,000 children remain forcibly displaced in the occupied West Bank.
In a post on its X platform on Sunday, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), UNRWA stated, “More than 12,000 children remain forcibly displaced in the occupied West Bank.”
It added, “In response to the Israeli operation (Operation Iron Wall) in the northern West Bank, UNRWA launched an emergency education program for displaced children in February 2025.”
