Sheikh Ali Daaboush, head of the Executive Council of Hezbollah, stated that “the resistance has always been a source of strength and resilience for Lebanon,” noting that “the resistance’s strategies are what have preserved our country and provided protection for Lebanon and deterred the Zionist entity for thirty years.”
He added, during his Friday sermon at the Sayyida Zeinab Complex in Beirut’s southern suburbs, “After the recent war of aggression against our country, we reached an understanding with the state on a ceasefire agreement, and that the state’s institutions would assume responsibility within a new national framework.”
