Israeli Enemy Arrests Palestinian Girl East of Ramallah, Storms Al-Mughayyir Village, & Impedes Movement in Qalqilya

Israeli enemy forces arrested on Saturday evening a Palestinian girl while she was passing through a military checkpoint east of Ramallah, also stormed Al-Mughayyir village northeast of Ramallah, and impeded the movement of citizens in Qalqilya city in the occupied West Bank.

 

Security sources told the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) that enemy forces arrested a girl from the town of Al-Mazra’a Al-Sharqiya, whose identity was not known, while she was passing through a military checkpoint at the entrance of Yabrud village.

 

In the context, enemy forces stormed the villages of Shabtin and Qibya west of Ramallah, with no reports of arrests or raids.

 

Northeast of Ramallah, Israeli enemy forces stormed Al-Mughayyir village on Saturday evening.

 

The head of the Al-Mughayyir Village Council, Amin Abu Ali, confirmed to WAFA that enemy forces stormed the village and detained a number of citizens in one of its neighborhoods after assaulting them with beatings.

 

He mentioned that enemy forces also raided a home and commercial shops, assaulting those inside with beatings, in addition to firing sound bombs and toxic gas towards Palestinian citizens and their homes, with no injuries reported.

 

Al-Mughayyir village and the surrounding villages and towns are subject to continuous incursions by enemy forces, along with settler attacks.

 

In Qalqilya city, Israeli enemy forces impeded the movement of Palestinian citizens on Saturday evening, as local sources reported that enemy forces set up a military checkpoint at the eastern entrance of the city, stopped and searched vehicles, and fired sound bombs and toxic gas in the area, causing a traffic jam.
