Israeli occupation forces issued demolition orders on Tuesday for 11 homes and structures in the town of Hizma, northeast of occupied Quds (Jerusalem).
The Jerusalem Governorate said that occupation forces stormed the town and issued demolition orders for seven homes and four structures at the town’s entrance, giving the owners a precautionary evacuation period before any demolition procedures are carried out.
The town is subjected to frequent incursions by occupation forces, during which homes are raided and some are converted into military outposts. This constitutes a violation of citizens’ rights and exacerbates their daily suffering.
This comes as part of a series of measures implemented by the occupation authorities against Palestinian property in Jerusalem, which are part of a policy of harassment and disruption of life for Palestinian residents.
