Grand Mufti of Oman Sheikh Ahmad Bin Hamad Al-Khalili, on Monday condemned the ongoing Israeli aggression against Gaza and other parts of occupied Palestine.
In a post on X Sheikh Al-Khalili said: “Despite the agreement reached between the parties under the auspices of some Arab, Islamic, and international countries, we have not heard any condemnation of this aggression from these states.”
He questioned: “Where is Islamic cooperation? Where is the Arab League? Where is Islamic solidarity?”
The Grand Mufti called on Muslims to unite and confront the aggression with all their might, noting that God has linked the killing of a Muslim with abandoning him and with his faith.
