Admiral Ali Shamkhani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Defense Council, said any military attack on Iran, even if limited, would be considered the beginning of a full-scale war.
Speaking on the sidelines of the “22 Bahman” march on Wednesday, he stressed that Iran’s missile capabilities are not within the authority of negotiators. He urged the other side to pursue negotiations seriously rather than through showmanship, according to Mehr News Agency.
Shamkhani added that any conflict in the region would have global consequences, particularly given its vast energy resources.
