Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis said Russia is already looking “to take a step toward peace” in Ukraine.
Speaking to SRF on Sunday about his talks with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, he added: “The question is not whether they want it, but at what cost.”
Cassis noted that his Moscow meetings helped pave the way for a new round of Russia-Ukraine talks in Geneva on February 17–18.
