UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, Francesca Albanese, stated that Israel has no authority over the Gaza Strip, yet it continues to impose living conditions aimed at destroying the besieged population there.
In a post on the X platform, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Albanese pointed out that targeting the entire medical infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, including emergency services such as Doctors Without Borders, is a means of ensuring the continued suffering and death of civilians even after they survive bombs and sniper fire.
