Israeli enemy forces detained a crew from the Red Crescent Society in Masafer Yatta, south of Al Kh city in the occupied West Bank, on Saturday evening.
According to the Palestinian “Safa” Agency, the Red Crescent Society confirmed in a statement that enemy forces detained an ambulance crew in the Al-Tuwani area in Masafer Yatta while they were treating an injured person following an assault by settlers.
The Society stated: “The crew was detained, and keys and mobile phones were confiscated. After a short while, the crew was allowed to leave with the injured person and transport him to the hospital.”
In the same context, Israeli enemy forces stormed the towns of Bal’a and Anabta east of Tulkarm, and Deir al-Ghusun to its north, on Saturday evening, with a number of military vehicles.
Local sources reported that enemy vehicles patrolled the main streets in the targeted towns and set up flying checkpoints, impeding the movement of vehicles and citizens.
The sources added that enemy soldiers fired live ammunition in the vicinity of the incursion, coinciding with reconnaissance aircraft flying in the area’s skies, with no reports of injuries or arrests.
