Iran: Over 600 schools & educational centers targeted in 33 days of aggression

The spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmaeil Baghaei, described the aggression against the country today, Wednesday, as not an isolated act of brutality, but rather part of a systematic and savage pattern of unlawful war against Iran.

In a post on the “X” platform, monitored by the Yemen News Agency (Saba), he said: “Over the past thirty-three days, the aggressors deliberately targeted more than 600 schools and educational centers, including Shajarat Tayyiba School in Minab and Lamerd Sports Hall.”

He emphasized that “the term ‘war crime’ does not fully describe these atrocities. Given the explicit hostile rhetoric toward Iranians (as a nation) expressed by U.S. and Israeli officials, these crimes rise to the level of genocide.”

On February 28, the United States and the Israeli entity launched a new aggression against Iran, claiming hundreds of civilian lives , targeting schools, hospitals, mosques, and other Iranian national assets.

In response to the aggression, Iran launched Operation “Al-Waad Al-Sadiq 4” against the Israeli entity and U.S. bases in the region.
