MSF: Israeli forces continue attacks and expand control in Gaza

Doctors Without Borders said on Friday that Israeli forces are continuing violent attacks and expanding military control in the Gaza Strip, despite six months of a ceasefire agreement, which it described as “fragile and ineffective.”

The organization said Israeli forces have maintained operations and violations since the ceasefire began on October 10, 2025, while restricting humanitarian aid to the territory.

It added that, despite the ceasefire, casualties have continued, with hundreds killed and thousands injured since its entry into force.
