The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip rose to 72,289 martyrs and 172,040 wounded since October 7, 2023, on Wednesday.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, in its daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Strip, which was reviewed by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), stated that hospitals received four new martyrs and 12 wounded in the past 24 hours.
It noted that since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of martyrs killed by enemy fire has reached 713, the total number of wounded 1,940, and the total number of martyrs whose bodies have been recovered 756.
The Ministry confirmed that a large number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them so far.
