Millions of Yemenis took to the streets of the capital Sana’a, and many other cities on Friday in mass rallies, celebrating the victory of the Islamic Republic and the “Axis of Jihad and Resistance” over the Zionist and American enemies.
The rallies were held under the title, “Thanks to God and in celebration of victory. Our squares are united in confronting Zionism.”
In the rallies, the Yemeni people reaffirmed Yemen’s firm and principled stance in support of the Palestinian people, the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the causes of the Ummah.
A statement was issued by the rallies’ organizers, emphasising that the recent victory shattered the “enemies’ pride” and dismantled the equation of vulnerability, establishing instead the “Unity of Fronts” and thwarting the “Greater Israel” project.
In the statement, the participants affirmed that their “eyes are always on Al-Aqsa Mosque, never closing” and their “commitment to it is steadfast and will not change, and its liberation is imminent and near, God willing.”
The statement congratulated the Iranian people, their leadership, and their armed forces, as well as the peoples and fighters of the Axis of Resistance and the entire Ummah, on this great victory.
It also congratulated the “Leader of the Revolution, our Armed Forces, and our people on this great triumph and on preventing the enemies from using the Red Sea for aggression.”
The statement praised the leadership of the “Quranic Path” and the Armed Forces for their wise positions and participation in confronting aggression through escalating joint operations and preventing enemies from utilising the Red Sea.
It called upon Arab and Islamic nations to join the Axis of Resistance, stressing that “Jihad in the cause of Allah” is the sole path to deter enemies and defend sanctities and nations.
The statement concluded by praising the vigilance of the security services in countering hostile intelligence activities, urging the Yemeni people to heighten awareness to confront enemy schemes across all levels.
