Head of the Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip, Salama Maarouf, confirmed today, Sunday, that the withdrawal of the Zionist enemy army from the Netzarim axis will restore movement between the governorates of the Gaza Strip.
Maarouf said in a statement: “The withdrawal of the occupation from the Netzarim axis will be one of the most important achievements of our people, as it provides comfort for the movement of residents between the north and the south.”
He added: International institutions have begun to gradually return to the north of the Strip.
He continued, saying: “We have restored the headquarters of UNRWA in the north to resume its relief work, while we expect UNRWA employees to enter the north after the occupation withdraws from Netzarim, and we also expect an influx of relief agency employees after the occupation withdraws from the Netzarim axis.”
