Walla: Increase in desire to immigrate from “Israel”

Zionist website “Walla” revealed, according to a recent study conducted at the Zionist Academic Center “Rubin”, “worrying” data regarding immigration trends from the Zionist enemy entity.

The results of the study showed that 24 percent of Zionist settlers thought about leaving the occupied Palestinian territories last year 2024, compared to only 18 percent two years ago.

The “Walla” website stated that the study examined the impact of the security and economic situation on the settlers’ desire to leave occupied Palestine, and the results showed that more than a third of Zionists are thinking about leaving the entity due to various factors.

The study explained that among the factors, 31 percent of settlers are thinking about immigration due to the security situation, and 28 percent of them due to the economic situation.

The results indicated that 80 percent of the settlers who immigrated in 2023 due to war had experienced war in their countries of origin and were forced to deal with a similar situation in “Israel”: (living in the shadow of a new war and worrying about the fate of their family members they left behind).

The study also addressed the attitudes of the Jewish public towards new immigrants, and among the findings it reached: 33.5 percent believe that immigrants who recently immigrated to the entity are not allowed to criticize the “state,” 28 percent fear that immigrants from hostile countries pose a threat to “Israel’s” security, and 19 percent claimed that immigration should decrease during times of security and economic tension.

Regarding the transfer of funds outside the Zionist entity, the study showed that 42 percent of the settlers believe that this “poses a problem.”
