The Hamas movement expressed on Wednesday its appreciation for the Yemeni Armed Forces’ decision to resume operations against Israeli occupation ships in response to the closure of the Gaza crossings.
The movement called on all free people to escalate efforts and actions to end the aggression and lift the blockade imposed on the Strip.
In a statement on Wednesday, Hamas said, “The decision reflects the genuine position of the Yemeni people and their leadership and the true commitment of the Yemeni people to support and back our Palestinian people and their resistance.”
It added that this stance constitutes an important step towards increasing pressure on the occupation to break the unjust blockade imposed on Gaza.
The movement called on the peoples of the nation and the free people of the world to escalate their effective efforts to pressure the Israeli occupation and its supporters until the aggression ends, the blockade on Gaza is lifted, and humanitarian aid reaches our besieged people.
