The local authority in Ibb Governorate condemned the US aggression on the Telecommunications towers and a station on Jabal Al-Shamahi in the countryside district of Ibb, following days of systematic attacks on Telecommunication towers and a station on Jabal Nāmah in the Jiblah district, which resulted in the martyrdom of a worker at the station.
In its statement, the local authority described the raids as barbaric acts and clear evidence of the American enemy’s moral bankruptcy, deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure in blatant violation of international conventions and norms.
The statement affirmed that these crimes will not break the will of the Yemeni people nor affect their supportive stance toward the Palestinian people and resistance.
The local authority urged the international community and human rights organizations to expose and condemn the American aggression, and to demand an international investigation into its systematic targeting of civilian sites, which has claimed the lives of many civilians—mostly women and children—in Ibb and other affected provinces.
