Death Toll In Ras Issa Port Has Risen To 245 Dead & Wounded

The death toll from the US aggression’s targeting of the Ras Issa oil facility in Hodeidah Governorate has risen to 245 dead and wounded.

The Ministry of Health and Environment announced that the death toll from the US enemy’s targeting of the Ras Issa facility has risen to 74 dead and 171 wounded, according to a preliminary toll.

The US aggression committed a heinous crime against civilians in Hodeidah Governorate late Thursday evening.

Local sources reported that US aggression aircraft carried out 14 raids targeting the Ras Issa port in the governorate, resulting in the martyrdom of a number of workers.

They indicated that the aggression renewed its targeting of the site while civil defense crews were attempting to rescue the victims, resulting in the martyrdom of several civil defense crews and the injury of others.

The Health Office in Hodeidah stated that health personnel are making great efforts to treat the wounded who sustained injuries and burns as a result of the brutal US aggression on the Ras Issa facility.

This American escalation exacerbates the tragedy of civilians in Yemen, after its failure to achieve a military victory in a desperate attempt to pressure Yemen to stop supporting Gaza.

The American enemy has continued its bombing of Yemen since March 15th. The aggression began suddenly during the Trump administration, and came after Yemen announced a blockade of the Zionist entity in the Red Sea in an attempt to force it to lift the blockade and aggression against the Gaza Strip.
