Health: Death Toll From US Aggression On Shu’ub District Has Risen To 42 Martyrs & Wounded

The Ministry of Health and Environment reported that the death toll from the US aggression last night on the Farwa neighborhood market in the Shu’ub district of the capital, Sana’a, has risen to 42 dead and wounded.

In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Ministry of Health confirmed the martyrdom of 12 citizens and the injury of 30 others as a result of an airstrike launched by the US aggression on the Farwa neighborhood market in the Shu’ub district, according to a preliminary toll.

The Ministry indicated that rescue and ambulance teams are still searching for victims under the rubble and debris, and that the number is likely to increase.

It condemned the US enemy’s targeting of civilians, residential neighborhoods, notables, and civilian facilities, in flagrant violation of international and humanitarian conventions, norms, and laws.
