The Political Bureau of Ansarullah stated that the victory of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance on May 25, 2000, represented a strategic turning point in the Arab and Islamic struggle against the Zionist enemy.
This came in a statement issued Sunday on the 25th anniversary of Resistance and Liberation Day, extending the highest congratulations to Hezbollah Secretary-General, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, and the Lebanese people.
The statement highlighted that this anniversary marks the humiliating defeat of the Zionists and their expulsion from southern Lebanon, restoring the confidence of the Arab and Islamic Ummah in its people and their capabilities.
The Ansarullah bureau emphasized that Hezbollah’s 2006 victory against the enemy established new strategic equations and rules of engagement with the occupation entity.
It renewed its pledge of allegiance to Hezbollah and the Resistance, vowing to follow the path of martyred leaders, foremost among them the Master of Islamic and Human Resistance, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
The statement affirmed solidarity with Lebanon and the Islamic Resistance, condemning ongoing Zionist violations and attacks against Lebanese sovereignty and territory.
It called on all Lebanese factions to draw lessons from history, which has proven that Lebanon’s strength has always been—and will remain—in its honorable Resistance and its weapons, which have established a balance of deterrence against the Zionist enemy.
