Sayyed Abdul-Malik: We Seek To Make Our Position Stronger Alongside The Palestinian People

The leader of Yemen’s revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi affirmed on Wednesday that the Israeli attack on Sana’a International Airport comes within the context of what he described as “the systematic targeting of the Islamic nation and an attempt to pressure the Yemeni people for their support for the Palestinian cause.”

In a televised speech on Wednesday, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi said that “the Israeli enemy sought to isolate the Palestinian people without any reaction from any Muslim country, but the position of our people will remain present and effective, regardless of the scale of the Israeli aggression and no matter how often it is repeated.”

He explained that the occupation is attempting to restore the deterrent power it lost after the failure of the American aggression.

Regarding the suffering of the Palestinians, Sayyed Abdul-Mallik affirmed that the suffering of the Palestinian people has reached unprecedented levels, both in terms of the siege and severe starvation, and in terms of the extent of the ongoing crimes committed by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip

He said that the continued Israeli aggression is pushing Yemen to strengthen and expand its military operations and various activities in support of the Palestinian cause, emphasizing that “the more the enemy persists in its crimes, the greater and greater the responsibility on the Islamic nation.”

Sayyed Abdul-Malik stressed that Yemen’s position on Palestine would not waver, saying, “We seek to make our position stronger and more steadfast alongside the Palestinian people in their unprecedented suffering.”

Regarding the recent Zionist escalation in Yemen, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi pointed out that the Israeli attack on Sana’a International Airport comes within the context of what he described as “the systematic targeting of the Islamic nation and an attempt to pressure the Yemeni people for their support for the Palestinian cause.”

He explained that the occupation is attempting to restore the deterrent power it lost after the failure of the American aggression.

Sayyed Abdul-Malik also stated that one of the objectives of this attack may have been to obstruct the Hajj season by disrupting air transport operations. However, he emphasized that the enemy “will fail to achieve this goal,” noting that the ongoing restoration of Sana’a Airport would continue to ensure its continued operation and the fulfillment of citizens’ needs.

Concluding his speech, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi confirmed that “the aggression against our civilian facilities will not deter us from fulfilling our duty towards the dear Palestinian people,” indicating that the Yemeni position will remain steadfast in the nation’s battle against the Israeli occupation.
