United Nations General Assembly adopted, by an overwhelming majority, five resolutions concerning the Palestinian issue, the resolution on providing assistance to Palestinian refugees received 151 votes in favor, 10 against, and 14 abstentions.
The second resolution, concerning the operations of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), which includes extending its mandate for three years, received 145 votes in favor, 10 against, and 18 abstentions, according to the Palestinian news agency Safa.
