A Palestinian youth was killed early Sunday morning by Israeli fire in the Bedouin village of Tarabin al-Sana’ in the occupied Negev region, after being shot at close range.
According to the Palestinian Information Center, local Palestinian sources reported that Israeli police officers shot the 35-year-old man, killing him instantly.
In its account, the Israeli police claimed that the shooting occurred because the youth allegedly endangered the lives of members of its special forces unit.
