Mike Wallace, a former Irish member of the European Parliament, said on Tuesday that Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has maintained the course of the socialist project after Hugo Chávez’s death in 2013, despite the collapse of oil prices in 214.
“Maduro held the line for the Socialist project after Chavez died in 2013, when oil prices collapsed from 2014 + when Obama in 2015 laid the ‘legal’ foundation for the hybrid war on Venezuela. These facts simply do not occur in the Monastery of Trotskyism,” Mike Wallace wrote on X.
