Israeli Airstrikes, Shelling Continue Across Gaza Despite Ceasefire

The Israeli occupation army continues to violate the agreement, as its warplanes carried out, on Wednesday, a series of airstrikes across various areas of the Gaza Strip.

Early today, Israeli forces demolished several residential buildings around Sheikh Zayed Roundabout east of Beit Lahia. The demolitions also targeted buildings east of Jabalia refugee camp.

Israeli military vehicles fired heavily in the Al-Sikka area in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood east of Gaza City, while artillery shelling targeted areas east of Deir al-Balah and Al-Bureij camp. Fire was also reported in eastern Khan Younis.

Two children were injured by fire from Israeli naval boats west of Rafah in southern Gaza.

Over the past 24 hours, hospitals in Gaza received the body of one martyr and treated seven injured individuals. Since the ceasefire on October 11, the death toll has reached 466 martyrs, with 1,294 injuries and 713 recorded recoveries. Since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023, the total number of martyrs has risen to 71,551, with 171,372 injuries.
