The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Saturday that its armed forces had liberated the town of Staritsa in Kharkiv region, inflicting heavy losses on Ukrainian forces in the area of the special military operation.
The Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement: “As a result of the decisive actions of the units of the Northern Group of Forces, the liberation of the town of Staritsa in Kharkiv region has been completed,” according to Sputnik news agency.
