Araghchi responds to Trump’s threats: Our armed forces fully prepared to respond to any aggression

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi affirmed that his country’s armed forces are fully prepared to respond swiftly and decisively to any aggression against its territory, airspace, and territorial waters.

In a statement posted on his Telegram channel on Wednesday, Araghchi responded to the recent threat from US President Donald Trump, saying, “Our valiant armed forces are fully prepared and ready to respond swiftly and decisively to any aggression against our beloved homeland, its airspace, and territorial waters.”

He added, “The valuable lessons learned from the Twelve-Day War have given us the ability to respond now with greater force, speed, and intensity.” He expressed Iran’s welcome for “a fair, equitable, and mutually beneficial nuclear agreement; an agreement based on equal opportunities and free from any coercion, threat, or intimidation.

An agreement that guarantees Iran’s right to peaceful nuclear technology and ensures that it does not possess nuclear weapons. Such weapons have no place in our security calculations, and we have never sought to possess them.”
