Moscow: NATO Policy Heading Towards “Inevitable Confrontation” with Russia

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said on Friday that the main direction of NATO policy is now aimed at an “inevitable confrontation” with Russia.

“If we closely follow the development of the doctrines and strategic policies of NATO member states, we can perhaps say that the main direction is aimed at preparing society, the economy, military organization, and infrastructure for an inevitable military confrontation with Russia,” Grushko told Sputnik news agency.
