A Yemeni civilian was killed on Sunday by Saudi enemy army fire in the border district of Shada, Saada Governorate, according to local sources.
The border regions of Saada have faced near-daily attacks since March 2015, targeting civilians, travelers, and workers.
Local authorities describe these incidents as a “systematic policy” aimed at spreading terror among residents.
These ongoing attacks are considered a blatant violation of the UN-brokered peace understandings between Sanaa and Riyadh, occurring amid a notable international silence regarding the repeated escalations.
