UN Secretary-General António Guterres said on Monday that the founders of the United Nations recognized that global problems can only be resolved through the tools of diplomacy, supported by a system based on international law.
In a brief post on the platform “X,” monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Guterres added that solutions come through dialogue, not divisive zero-sum rhetoric, and through cooperation, not geopolitical competition.
