The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, affirmed that accelerating the dispossession of Palestinians from their properties and expanding Israeli settlements will not contribute to achieving the long-awaited stability and peace in the region.
In a post on the “X” platform, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Lazzarini relayed UN Secretary-General António Guterres’ call for Israel to reverse these measures, stressing the importance of preserving the peace process.
