The UN Human Rights Office warned on Tuesday of an escalating wave of settler violence against Palestinians and their property in the occupied West Bank, noting that these attacks continue unabated and with complete impunity.
In a post on its X platform, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the office reported that settlers shot and killed 19-year-old Nasrallah Abu Siam in the outskirts of Mikhmas, outside Jerusalem. Despite the circulation of a video showing the perpetrators’ identities, the authorities have taken no action to detain any suspects.
