A new round of peace talks in Kuwait have been postponed because of violating the ceasefire. The talks were initially scheduled for Monday April 19th in Kuwait. Officials say the failure by some parties to arrive for the talks caused the delay.
A cease-fire that began on April 10th was supposed to pave the way for new peace negotiations, but both sides have complained of repeated cease-fire violations.
