The United Nations envoy, Ismail Ould Cheikh ِAhmed, stressed that the security situation stability is a Yemeni people fundamental demand.
He added that the fire ceasefire violations in Yemen are unacceptable and the only solution is the political settlement.
The Saudi coalition aircraft raids have escalated in Yemen since the UN declaration of the truce that took effect on 10th of April. The UN truce declaration came to set the Yemen Peace Talks that held in Kuwait.
Ould Cheikh said, in remarks published on May 31, “the security situation affecting the various sectors and increase Yemenis suffering, so parties have to find a comprehensive solution.”
He added that “the political tension will complicate the current situation and the solution will be political.”
