Humanitarian Affairs Authority Condemns Targeting of Presidential Office

The National Authority for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Response condemned the brutal crime committed by the US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition which bombed the Presidential Office in the downtown capital Sanaa, in a statement obtained by the Saba News Agency on Friday.

The National Authority condemned the attack on the Presidential Office because it is a civil service facility protected by international humanitarian and human rights laws, which killed and wounded dozens and damaging public and private properties.

The statement called on human rights, humanitarian organizations, the international community, the Security Council and UN bodies to work for stopping the aggression and carry their duties to protect civilians in Yemen.

The statement called on local and international organizations to carry their humanitarian duties towards Yemen from war crimes and total destruction which committed by the aggression as well as its responsibilities in protecting human rights and punishing the perpetrators of such crimes based on international conventions and laws.
