The Yemeni Army and popular on Sunday foiled an infiltration attempt of Saudi-backed mercenaries in Najran province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The mercenaries tried to advance towards Adyaq Mountain off Khadra border crossing, but were repulsed by the army, killing and injuring dozens of them, the official confirmed.
Dozens of Saudi’s mercenaries were killed and others injured off Khadra border crossing, the official added.
Meanwhile, the Yemeni artillery forces bombed mercenaries were stationed at several hills of Adyaq Mountain, causing human and material casualties.
