President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat expressed his thanks and appreciation to the President and members of the House of Representatives who are steadfast in the face of the aggression.
“The members of the House of Representatives represent the social and political front of the country and embodied the pillars of Parliament in this exceptional circumstance,” said the president in his speech on Sunday at the House of Representatives session.
In his speech, the President stressed the importance of strengthening the internal front to confront the Saudi-led aggression and blockade in order to overcome their consequences.
He emphasized that the law and orders should be applied to everyone without exception.
In his turn, Speaker of Yemeni parliament Yahya Ali al-Ra’i welcomed the head of the Supreme Political Council.
He also stressed that the House of Representatives is ready to work with the Supreme Political Council and the National Salvation Government to face all challenges and countering the aggression and blockade.
