The Yemeni army and popular committees on Sunday launched an offensive on the positions of the coalition-backed mercenaries in Yemen’s Taiz province, a military official told Saba News Agency.
The army forces attacked the sites of the mercenaries in Aba’ar district, in which the army forces controlled over several hills, the official said.
Several mercenaries were killed and injured in the attack, the official confirmed.
