Director of Presidency Office, Ahmed Hamed on Saturday chaired a meeting discussing ways to operationalize the national vision to build a modern Yemeni state in implementation of President Mehdi Al-Mashat’s directives.
The meeting addressed mechanisms and ways to translate the national vision into practical programs as well as the establishment of the technical unit to follow up the implementation of the vision and coordination mechanisms with other relevant bodies and institutions.
The meeting emphasized the importance of utilizing all the national expertise of academics and specialists and providing all the needs to ensure that the national vision is operationalized in accordance with the schedule set.
During the meeting, the Director of the Presidency Office confirmed that the Yemeni people are full of competencies and creators in various fields.
He noted that the Republic of Yemen has the potential to be an effective and influential state at the regional and international level if there is a will.
“Despite the aggression, we can applaud and build a state that fulfills the aspirations of all Yemenis and offers a good life for all Yemenis with dignity.
“And as the military manufacturing units have accomplished qualitative missile systems and drones, we can now build a modern Yemeni state with our own potential,” he said.
The national vision is one of the top priorities of the state, Ahmed Hamid said, calling on everyone to make efforts in order to achieve this vision.
He stressed that the political leadership represented by President the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat has paid special attention to the implementation of this project and has been directed to dedicate all the necessary capabilities and requirements to build the Yemeni State in accordance with the national vision in order to guarantee the independence, sovereignty, dignity and pride of the Yemeni people.
The leadership of the Presidency office of the Republic confirmed that it will dedicate all its efforts and work to its fullest potential to accomplish this national project.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Director of Presidency office Salim al-Maghals.
