The United States is making a fortune out of the war on Yemen by selling arms and military equipment to Saudi Arabia, says an activist, adding that the military aggression against the impoverished Arab nation serves Washington’s imperial interests in the Middle East.
“This serves of course primarily the US military industrial complex who make a fortune out of these wars. It also serves the US imperial interests which we have to acknowledge is [trying] to dominate the entire Middle East by force of arms and through its allies – Israel and Saudi Arabia,” Ken Stone, a member of the Hamilton Coalition to Stop the War
