Mohammed al-Houthi calls on UN to condemn Saudi attack on market

Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme political council has on Monday called on the UN Security Council to condemn Saudi-led coalition’s attack on the Al Thabet market in Saada province, which he described as “a brutal terrorist crime.”

“I call on the Security Council Member States and the United Nations, which condemn the drone attacks against Saudi Arabia, to condemn this crime. There is no justification for not condemning it,” al-Houthi wrote on social media.

The death toll from the coalition airstrikes on the Al Thabet popular market on Monday evening reached 14 dead, including 4 children, and 26 wounded, including 14 children, according the Ministry of Health
