Chief of the National Authority for Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (NAMCHA) Abdulmohsen Tawous on Monday met with Acting Director of French ACTED Organization in Yemen Olivia Booth.
The meeting discussed aspects related to the resumption of the organization’s humanitarian activities and programs and its future plans in the developmental and humanitarian fields to alleviate the suffering of citizens as a result of the aggression.
Tawous confirmed the Authority’s readiness to provide facilitates to ensure the success of the organization’s activities, stressing the importance of working according to the specified need plan.
For her part, ACTED’s official reviewed the efforts exerted by the organization to reduce the humanitarian suffering of the Yemeni people due to the ongoing war which exacerbated the humanitarian situation.
