The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, Abdul Qadir Al-Murtada, revealed that the other party is not ready to implement the prisoner exchange agreement, trying to thwart the exchange deal.
Al-Murtada said in his tweet, at dawn Wednesday, “Until now the other party is not ready to implement the agreement, as from time to time they put obstacles and fabricate excuses in order to thwart the deal.”
He called on the United Nations to put an end to this obstinacy and absurdity of the other party.
It should be noted that according to the signed agreement, the implementation plan should start the exchange process on 15 October, which is tomorrow, as prisoners from both sides will be transported by aircraft within two days.
