Civil defense teams put out a fire after Friday prayers in a warehouse selling household appliances and a generator store next to the outpatient clinics of al-Thawra hospital in the capital Sana’a.
Director of civil defense in the capital Sana’a Col. Mohammed Bahish explained the civil defense teams accompanied by seven firefighting vehicles rushed to extinguish the fire and prevent its spread to neighboring stores.
Bahish pointed out the fire caused significant material damage without causing any human casualties, calling on owners of warehouses and shops to commit to providing security and safety means.
