Judicial Council approves establishment of court for labor issues in Sana’a

The Supreme Judicial Council approved, in its weekly meeting on Monday, the establishment of a specialized primary court to hear labor and workers issues within the framework of the capital city and Sana’a province.

The consideration of the labor cases in the rest of the provinces was assigned to the specialized courts of the first instance in terms of spatially, based on the proposal of the Judicial Inspection Authority.

In its meeting, the Council agreed to lift the judicial immunity of one of the judges to investigate what was attributed to him at the request of the Attorney General and according to the law.
