Member of the Supreme Political Council Mohammad Ali Al-Houthi congratulated the Palestinian people and Resistance on their historic victory over the Israeli enemy, following a bloody aggression that lasted for 12 days on Gaza strip.
“We congratulate the Palestinian resistance for imposing a truce on the enemy,” Al-Houthi wrote in a post published on his Twitter page. “What happened is an inevitable result of continued preparation, construction, vigilance and awareness in deterrence strikes against the entity.”
Al-Houthi said that Al-Quds Sword had successfully fixed the announced equation, which surprised the enemy, disregarded the countries that have normalization ties with it and comforted the supporters of the resistance at home and abroad.
As Israel agreed to stop its bombing and aggression against the Palestinians, he wandered, “When will the US, Saudi Arabia and their coalition agree to lift the siege and stop its bombing and aggression against the Yemenis?”
The Israeli regime launched a 12-day war against the already Tel Aviv-blockaded Gaza Strip earlier this month. Gaza’s resistance groups started responding to the aggression on the same day that it started targeting the enclave.
Throughout the offensive, the groups fired more than 4,000 rockets towards the occupied territories. The projectiles swept the entire expanse of the territories, many flying as far as Tel Aviv, the holy occupied city of al-Quds, and even the northern-lying cities of Haifa and Nazareth.
The Israeli regime finally gave in to a ceasefire on Friday, incapable of stopping the resistance’s rocket avalanche.
