Head of the national negotiating delegation Mohammed Abdulsalam on Thursday met with UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths and his accompanying team in the Omani capital of Muscat .
During the meeting, they discussed the acceleration of the humanitarian agreement , in the light of the catastrophic humanitarian situation suffered by Yemeni people due to the Saudi-led coalition’s unjust blockade, the detention of oil derivatives ships and the closure of airports.
He pointed out that the acceleration of the humanitarian agreement would pave the way for broader discussions on a permanent ceasefire and a comprehensive political settlement.
