Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra’i on Sunday sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the National Assembly of Congo Christophe Mbosso Nkodia.
In the cable, Al-Ra’i expressed his congratulations to Nkodia on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
